Ingredients
- Whole egg 3 pieces
- Sugar 1 cup
- Sour Cream 1 can
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Activated Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
- Lemon 1 piece
- Chopped almonds 0 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Condensed Milk ¼ can
- Cognac 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 2
Thoroughly rinse the apricots and cut them into small pieces.
Step 3
Beat the yolks with sugar, add sour cream and mix. Gradually add flour, baking soda, lemon zest, and apricots. Knead the dough.
Step 4
Grease a baking pan with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour in the dough, smooth it out, and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
Step 5
Cool the baked layer, remove from the pan, and cover with cream. To prepare the cream, beat the softened butter with condensed milk, add cognac, and mix.
Step 6
Decorate the cake with chopped almonds.
