Ingredients
- Coconut flakes 1 cup
- Almond 1 cup
- Sour Cream 1 cup
- Pitted Wild Apricots 7 pieces
- Donut Peaches 5 pieces

- Powdered Sugar to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Combine coconut flour, almond flour, and sour cream, and mix thoroughly.
Step 2
Wash the apricots, dry them, cut them in half, and remove the pits.

Cut the apricots into small slices.

Wash the peaches, dry them, cut them in half, and remove the pits.

Cut the peaches into small slices.

Wash the donut peaches, dry them, cut them in half, and remove the pits.

Cut the donut peaches into small slices.

Line a baking dish with parchment paper, add some dough and the peaches.

Top with some dough and the apricots.

Top with some dough and the donut peaches.
Step 11
Place in a preheated oven at 355°F for 1 hour.
Step 12
For serving, dust with powdered sugar.
