  • Apple 4 pieces
  • Chopped almonds 0 oz
  • Jam 4 tablespoons
  • Lemon ½ piece
  • Raisins 0 oz
  • Dry White Wine 4 tablespoons
  • Milk 15 fl oz
  • Vanilla salt 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar 2 tablespoons
  • Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Prepare the sauce. In a microwave-safe bowl, mix milk, water, flour, sugar, and vanilla sugar with a mixer. Cook for 5 minutes at 900 W, stirring occasionally.

Step 2

Wash the apples. Carefully remove the core.

Step 3

Add almonds and raisins to the jam and mix. Stuff the apples with the resulting mixture.

Step 4

Place the apples in a microwave-safe dish, drizzle with lemon juice and wine. Cook under the grill for 8 minutes at 600 W.

Step 5

Leave the finished apples in the oven for another 5 minutes. Drizzle with sauce.
