Apples with Ice Cream and Chocolate
Ingredients
- Green Apples 4 pieces
- Vanilla Ice Cream 5 oz
- Apple Wine 2 cups
- Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Lemon ½ piece
- Chocolate 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the apples and remove the cores.
Step 2
Pour the wine into a saucepan and place it over low heat. Stir in the sugar, juice of half a lemon, and 1 cup of water, and mix well.
Step 3
Keep on low heat. Dip the apples into the boiling syrup and leave them there for about 5–7 minutes. Place the apples on a dry plate.
Step 4
Cool down.
Step 5
Carefully stuff the apples with ice cream and generously drizzle with melted chocolate. You can add finely chopped nuts, raisins, and dried fruits.
Step 6
Serve the finished dish with fresh fruits. You can garnish with a sprig of mint or currant leaves.
