Ingredients

  • Apple 10 pieces
  • Raisins 0 oz
  • Rice ½ cup
  • Milk 1 cup
  • Nuts 0 oz
  • Sugar ½ cup
  • Butter 2 tablespoons
  • Egg white 1 piece

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash the apples in cold water, remove the core and some of the flesh (without cutting through the apple). Peel the almonds or nuts and chop them finely. Sort and rinse the raisins.

Step 2

Sort the rice, rinse it well, and cook it in milk with sugar. Add the raisins, nuts, butter, and egg to the cooked rice mixture and mix everything well.

Step 3

Stuff the apples with the filling, place them in a pan, and put them in the oven. To prevent the apples from burning, add 2–3 tablespoons of water to the pan.

Step 4

Once the apples become soft, remove them from the oven and place them on a serving dish. You can drizzle berry jam or melted vanilla ice cream over the apples.
