Ingredients
- Apple 4 pieces
- Walnuts 5 oz
- Cranberry 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Dry White Wine 5 fl oz
- Clove 4 pieces
- Cinnamon 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Remove the cores from the apples and cut them into fairly large slices.
Step 2
In a skillet, sauté the cranberries with sugar, pour in white wine, add a cinnamon stick, cloves, and walnuts, stir, and simmer, stirring occasionally, until the mixture reduces to a thick sauce.
Step 3
Sauté the apple slices in this sauce and serve immediately.
