- Apple 10 oz
- Puff Pastry 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Roll out the puff pastry to a thickness of 0.5 cm, cut into squares large enough to wrap each apple.
Step 2
Place the peeled and cored apples in the center of each square, fill the center of the apple with sugar, brush the edges of the pastry with egg, and seal the top and sides to form an envelope.
Step 3
Brush the pastry with egg and bake at 355°F until golden brown.
