- Apple 5 pieces
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Sour Cream 3 tablespoons
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Sugar to taste
- Vanilla Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Jam 10 teaspoons
- Powdered Sugar to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix flour, sour cream, egg, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Add flour until a non-sticky, soft dough is obtained. Knead the dough.
Step 2
Take medium or large apples. Wash, cut in half, and remove the core.
Step 3
Divide the dough into 10 equal parts and roll into round flatbreads.
Step 4
Wrap each apple half in dough, ensuring the edges do not slip off the apple.
Step 5
Place a teaspoon of honey, chocolate pieces, or jam in the core of the apples.
Step 6
Place the apples on a baking sheet and put them in a preheated oven at 355°F for 20-30 minutes until the dough is ready.
Step 7
Remove the baking sheet and let the apples cool.
Step 8
Transfer the apples to a serving dish and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
