Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Water 15 fl oz
- Chocolate eggs 6 pieces
- Apple 0 lbs
- Jam to taste
- Nuts 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the water with the butter or margarine, remove from heat, add the sifted flour, and mix well to avoid lumps. Let it cool. Then add the eggs one at a time, mixing vigorously. The dough should be thick and elastic. If it is too thick, add another egg; if it is too thin, place it in a cool place.
Step 2
Peel the small apples and remove the core. Fill them with a mixture of berries and nuts.
Step 3
Coat the stuffed apples with the choux pastry and place them on a greased baking sheet.
Step 4
Bake in a hot oven for 30 minutes, do not open the oven for the first 10-15 minutes to prevent the pastry from collapsing.
Step 5
Sprinkle the baked apples with powdered sugar.
