Ingredients

- Sugar 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Apple 1 piece
- Natural Yogurt 10 oz
- Salt a pinch
- Vanilla salt to taste
- Baking Powder 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sift the flour. Add salt, baking powder, and vanilla sugar.
Step 2
Beat the softened butter, sugar, and yogurt until creamy.
Step 3
Core the apple, optionally peel it. Cut into small pieces.
Step 4
Combine everything and mix well.
Step 5
Grease the muffin tin. Place the mixture in the tin and bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for 30 minutes (depending on your oven).
Step 6
When the muffins are ready, remove them, let cool, and sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
