Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
- Sugar 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
- Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
- Farm fresh eggs 4 pieces
- Apple 3 pieces
- Walnuts 5 oz
- 20% Sour Cream 10 oz
- Bittersweet Chocolate 5 oz
- Powdered Sugar 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with sugar until light and fluffy.
Step 2
Add the oil, grated apples, and chopped walnuts. Mix well.
Step 3
Combine the flour, cinnamon, and baking soda, and add to the egg mixture.
Step 4
Pour into a greased baking pan and bake for 40 minutes at 390°F. Check readiness with a toothpick. Let cool and cut into 2 layers.
Step 5
For the frosting, whip the sour cream with powdered sugar.
Step 6
Melt the chocolate and stir it into the sour cream. Mix well.
Step 7
Assemble the cake and leave it in the refrigerator overnight.
