Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 20 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
- Granulated sugar 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
- Vanilla salt 0 oz
- Cream 5 fl oz
- Apple 2 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pass the cottage cheese through a sieve twice, then mix well with the cream cheese.
Step 2
Beat the eggs with granulated sugar and vanilla sugar using a mixer, then combine with the cheese mixture. Add the cream and beat with the mixer for 2 minutes. Then, spoon the resulting cream into small tartlet molds and smooth it out.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 355°F. Wash the apples, dry them well with a paper towel, and remove the cores using a corer. Slice the flesh into rounds. Place one round on each tartlet with cream, sprinkle with sugar, and bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
