Apple Strudels with Phyllo Dough
Ingredients
- Phyllo Dough 20 oz
- Pickled Apples 0 lbs
- Sugar 4 tablespoons
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
- Ground Cinnamon to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
For the filling, grate the peeled apples using a coarse grater.
Step 2
On a work surface, place 1 sheet of phyllo dough, brush with vegetable oil, place a second sheet of phyllo dough on top and brush with vegetable oil as well, then add the apple filling and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
Step 3
Roll it up and place it in a baking dish greased with vegetable oil.
Step 4
Repeat with the remaining dough and filling.
Step 5
Brush the rolls with vegetable oil and bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for about 30 minutes until golden brown. Dust with powdered sugar.
