  • Apple 2 pieces
  • Nuts to taste
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Brown Sugar to taste
  • Egg white 1 piece
  • Powdered Sugar to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the apples, remove the core, and cut them into cubes.

Step 2

Mix with cinnamon and brown sugar. Let sit for 20 minutes to allow the apples to release their juice.

Step 3

Chop the nuts.

Step 4

Roll out the sheet of pastry, sprinkle with nuts, and top with the apples.

Step 5

Seal the filling by folding the edges of the pastry.

Step 6

Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make longitudinal cuts on each roll.

Step 7

Brush with egg wash.
