Ingredients
- Sugar 5 oz
- Apple 10 oz
- Lemon 1 piece
- Whole egg 1 piece
- Cinnamon to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Remove the seeds from the washed, peeled apples and cut them into 8 pieces, place them in a pot, add cinnamon and lemon zest, pour in 500 ml of water, and cook until the apples become soft.
Step 2
Season to taste with sugar and lemon juice, add water (1 liter). Remove from heat, cool, and stir in the beaten egg yolk. Serve in cups.
