Description

- Apricot Jam 0 oz
- Brandy 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the apples into cubes (without peeling or removing the cores) and place them in a blender along with lemon juice, apricot jam, sugar, and brandy. They should blend until reaching a puree consistency.
Step 2
Pass the puree through a fine sieve, then stir and place it in the freezer, occasionally removing the container with the apple puree and stirring it.
