Apple Roses
Ingredients
- Puff Pastry 10 oz
- Apple 2 pieces
- Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Powdered Sugar 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the apples into 4 parts, remove the core, and slice them very thinly, about 2–3 mm.
Step 2
Boil the slices in sugar syrup (water + sugar) until soft (about 3–5 minutes).
Step 3
Place the fruit slices on a strip of pastry.
Step 4
Roll it up as shown in the photo.
Step 5
Tuck the end of the pastry under the finished rose.
Step 6
Bake on a greased baking sheet at 355°F for 10–15 minutes. Sprinkle the finished roses with powdered sugar.
