  • Green Apples 1 piece
  • Puff Pastry 10 oz
  • Cinnamon ½ teaspoon
  • Sugar 2 tablespoons
  • Whole egg 1 piece
  • Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F.

Step 2

Peel the apples and cut them into cubes.

Step 3

Place them in a bowl and mix with cinnamon, sugar, and flour. Let sit for 20 minutes to allow the apples to release their juice.

Step 4

Roll out 1 sheet of pastry and place the apple mixture on top.

Step 5

Seal the filling by folding the edges of the pastry.

Step 6

Place the roll on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush with egg wash.

Step 7

Make longitudinal cuts on the roll. Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes until golden brown.
