Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 20 oz
- Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Sour Cream 2 tablespoons
- Kefir ⅓ cup
- Mayonnaise 2 teaspoons
- Milk ⅓ cup
- Brandy 1 tablespoon
- Activated Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Apple 20 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
- Powdered Sugar 0.7 cups
- Cinnamon to taste
- Liquid dark chocolate 5 oz
- Raisins 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix kefir, milk, and sour cream. Add 1 teaspoon of baking soda. Beat the eggs with sugar and salt, add brandy, and mix with the dairy mixture. Gradually add the flour while stirring. Knead the dough, shape it into a ball, and let it rest for 20 minutes under a damp towel.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 430°F.
Step 3
Roll out the dough on a floured surface, brush with vegetable oil, and pinch the edges. Turn the piece over seam side down, gently flatten with your hands, and let it rest for 3–5 minutes. Repeat the rolling process three times, brushing with oil each time.
Step 4
Roll out the dough on a greased and floured baking sheet.
Step 5
Peel the apples and remove the cores, then slice them thinly. Drizzle with lemon juice and place on the dough. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon.
Step 6
Bake the pie until done. 15 minutes before it is ready, sprinkle the pie with raisins.
Step 7
Sprinkle the finished pie with grated chocolate.
