Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Apple 0 lbs
- Breadcrumbs 5 oz
- Sugar to taste
- Cream 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the apples, remove the cores, slice them thinly, and place them in a pot with a small amount of water. Cook the apples, stirring occasionally, until they turn into a puree. Add sugar and 50 grams of butter, and cook, stirring, for another five to seven minutes.
Step 2
In the remaining butter, sauté the breadcrumbs until golden brown. Combine them with the apple puree and cream.
