Apple Puff Pastry Pie with Cinnamon
Ingredients
- Sugar 5 oz
- Apple 4 pieces
- Butter 5 oz
- Puff Pastry 1 piece
- Ground Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place slices of butter, a few millimeters thick, spaced a couple of centimeters apart, at the bottom of a baking dish.
Step 2
Evenly sprinkle sugar over the butter. Arrange the sliced apples and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Step 3
Cover everything with puff pastry and bake for 20–30 minutes until golden brown. Let cool (this will allow the butter and sugar to turn into caramel). When serving, flip the pieces over.
