- Light Raisins, Seedless 5 oz
- Lemon ½ pieces
- Ground Cinnamon 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the puff pastry into squares about 10 cm on each side, or use a pastry ring with a diameter of 10 cm to create circles.
Step 2
Brush the dough with a lightly beaten egg, sprinkle with a portion of the sugar mixture — both regular and vanilla — and cinnamon, then arrange thinly sliced apples on top.
Step 3
Drizzle the pastries with lemon juice, sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon, and raisins, then bake in the oven at 385°F for fifteen minutes.
