  • 10% cream 0 fl oz
  • Vanillin 1 teaspoon
  • Cinnamon 1 tablespoon
  • Erythritol 4 tablespoons
  • Butter 0 oz

Peel the apples.

Finely chop them and drizzle with lemon juice.

Roll out the pastry and cut out circles.
