Description
This recipe uses whole grain flour, but you can use regular flour for a more calorie-dense dish. Considering that there are significantly more apples than flour, these pancakes are considered dietary. The type of apple doesn't matter, but if they are sweet, you can and should use less sugar, or you can replace it with any sweetener. You can fry the pancakes in butter or ghee (clarified butter). The pancakes are delicious both hot and cold.
Ingredients
- Apple 0 lbs
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Vanillin 1 teaspoon
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Whole Grain Bun 5 oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Peel the apples and grate them using a coarse grater.
Step 3
Add the dry ingredients (100 grams of flour, salt, and sugar) to the grated apples.
Step 4
Add the vanillin.
Step 5
Also add the baking powder.
Step 6
Crack the egg into the remaining ingredients.
Step 7
Mix everything in a bowl.
Step 8
Add more flour.
Step 9
Mix again; the mixture should be thick.
Step 10
Spoon the pancakes onto a hot skillet.
Step 11
Fry on both sides until golden brown.
Step 12
Serve with sour cream and fruits.
