- Plums 5 oz
- Pickled Apples 1 piece
- Sugar 1½ tablespoons
- Chopped almonds 2 teaspoons
- Ground Cinnamon a pinch
- Whipped Cream 3 tablespoons
- Brandy 2 tablespoons

Step 1
Remove the pits from the plums, finely chop the flesh along with the skin. Sprinkle with sugar, pour in the brandy, and let sit for half an hour.
Step 2
Meanwhile, crush the walnut kernels, but do not turn them into powder. Peel the apple and remove the core. Cut the apple flesh into small pieces.
Step 3
Thoroughly mix the apples, plums, and walnuts. Divide the mixture into two dessert bowls and sprinkle with cinnamon. Garnish with whipped cream or sour cream.
