Ingredients
- Apple 0 lbs
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Sugar 5 oz
- Raisins 5 oz
- Activated Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Lemon ½ piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Squeeze the juice from half a lemon and use it to dissolve the teaspoon of baking soda.
Step 2
Melt 75 grams of butter and mix it with 200 grams of sifted flour. Add the baking soda with the lemon juice. Knead the dough.
Step 3
Place the dough in a baking dish.
Step 4
In a blender, beat one large egg (or two small ones) with 100 grams of sugar, add 200 grams of sour cream and 100 grams of flour, and whip the resulting cream.
Step 5
Peel 1 kg of apples and grate them into thin slices, or cut them into thin wedges.
Step 6
Layer half of the apples in the dish, sprinkle with raisins, and pour half of the cream over them. Top with the remaining apples. Pour the remaining cream on top.
Step 7
Bake for 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 390°F, covered with a lid, then remove the lid and bake for another 10 minutes.
