- Ground Cinnamon 3 teaspoons
- Ground clove ½ teaspoon
- Nutmeg ⅓ piece
- Raisins 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Pecan 5 oz
- Self-rising flour 5 oz
- Demerara Sugar 5 oz
- Mascarpone Cheese Unagrande 10 oz
- Golden caster sugar 2 teaspoons
- Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
- Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Remove the cores from the apples, slice them thinly, and mix with sugar, ground cloves, nutmeg, raisins, and 1 teaspoon of cinnamon. Transfer to a baking dish.
Step 2
Prepare the streusel. In a food processor, blend the butter, flour, remaining cinnamon, and sugar until crumbly, then add the chopped pecans.

Sprinkle the streusel over the apples. Bake at 430°F for 35-40 minutes.
Step 4
While the pie is baking, prepare the cream. Mix the mascarpone cheese, cottage cheese, golden sugar, and vanilla extract. Place the cream in a cool place.
Step 5
Remove the finished pie from the oven and let it sit for 15 minutes. Serve with the prepared cream.
