- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Sugar 1 cup
- Margarine 5 oz
- Kefir 5 tablespoons
- Activated Baking Soda 1 teaspoon
- Hazelnut to taste
- Apple 4 pieces
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat two eggs with one cup of sugar.
Step 2
Melt half a pack of margarine and add it to the dough.
Step 3
Add 5 tablespoons of kefir, 1 cup of flour, and half a teaspoon of baking soda, which has been reacted with a spoonful of vinegar. The dough should have the consistency of thick sour cream.
Step 4
Core the four apples and cut them into pieces.
Step 5
Grease the baking dish with margarine, place the apples in it, pour the dough over, and sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts, sunflower seeds, or pumpkin seeds.
Step 6
Bake in the oven at 375°F for 35 minutes.
