Description
You can skip the mix of sour cream/yogurt and use just one (double portion). You can use only apples, without pears.
Ingredients
- Sugar 1 cup
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Yogurt powder 0 fl oz
- 20% Sour Cream 0 oz
- Vinegar essence ½ tablespoon
- Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
- Pears 2 pieces
- Apple 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour 2 cups
- Cinnamon a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Whisk the eggs, sugar, yogurt, and sour cream thoroughly with a mixer.
Step 2
Add the baking soda neutralized with vinegar, flour, and cinnamon, and mix. The batter should be not too runny, like for pancakes. If necessary, you can add more flour.
Step 3
Cut the apples and pears into quarters and thinly slice them. Arrange them in a baking dish (you can grease it with vegetable oil beforehand) and pour the batter over them. You can mix the batter and filling to distribute the batter more evenly among the fruits.
Step 4
Bake for 40–50 minutes at 390°F.
