Ingredients
- Apple 6 pieces
- Pears 2 pieces
- Raspberry leaves 30 pieces
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Sugar 10 oz
- Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
- Kefir 0 fl oz
- Salt ¼ teaspoon
- Baking Powder 2 teaspoons
- Vanilla salt to taste
- Cinnamon to taste
- Powdered Sugar 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place sliced apples on a greased baking sheet, then add pears, and arrange raspberries in a checkerboard pattern on top.
Step 2
Preheat the oven. Mix the flour with baking powder, vanilla, and cinnamon. You can also add coriander and nutmeg.
Step 3
For the batter, beat the eggs with sugar and salt; add kefir; then add flour. Mix well with a mixer until the consistency is like sour cream.
Step 4
Pour the batter over the fruits and spread it evenly. The tops of the raspberries should be slightly above the level of the batter.
Step 5
Bake for 30 minutes at 355°F (until lightly browned). Before serving, dust with powdered sugar.
