  • Chicken Egg 3 pieces
  • Sugar 15 oz
  • Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
  • Wheat Flour 15 oz
  • Margarine 5 oz
  • Apple 3 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Beat 3 egg yolks with 150 g of sugar. Mix 400 g of flour with 1 teaspoon of baking powder. Combine 200 g of softened margarine with a pinch of salt.

Step 2

Divide the dough into 3 parts. Place 1/3 in the freezer. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease it with oil, and evenly distribute the dough. Peel the apples and grate them on a coarse grater over the dough.

Step 3

Whip 3 egg whites with 150 g of sugar. Spread the egg whites over the apples.

Step 4

Remove the dough from the freezer and grate it over the meringue using a coarse grater. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 180–390°F for about twenty minutes.
