  • Sugar 1 tablespoon

  • Vanilla salt 0 oz
  • Grated Lemon Zest 0 oz
  • Vegetable Oil to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Sift the flour, salt, and baking powder into a bowl.

Step 2

Add sugar, lemon zest, cinnamon, and vanilla. Mix and then add the applesauce.

Step 3

Separate the egg whites from the yolks.

In a separate bowl, beat the yolks with melted butter. In another bowl, beat the egg whites well.
