  • Wheat Flour 2 glasses
  • Yogurt powder 1½ glasses
  • Baking Powder 1 tablespoon
  • Salt ½ spoons
  • Sugar ¼ glasses
  • Apple 3 pieces
  • Vegetable Oil to taste
  • Ground Cinnamon ¼ spoons
  • Powdered Sugar to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Whisk the eggs well and combine them with the yogurt in a large bowl. In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar, then incorporate this dry mixture into the egg-yogurt mixture.

Step 2

Grate the apples and add them to the batter along with the cinnamon.

Step 3

Preheat the skillet well and add vegetable oil. Drop 1 tablespoon of batter for each pancake and fry until golden brown, then flip and fry for a little longer; this will take about 2-3 minutes.

Step 4

Arrange on a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve immediately.
