
Apple-Orange Pie with Semolina

Description
You can substitute yogurt with sour cream. Use sugar to your taste. If you like it sweeter — 100 grams, if not — then less.
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 1 cup
- Yogurt powder 15 fl oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Semolina ½ cup
- Sugar to taste
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon 1 teaspoon
- Apple 4 pieces
- Orange zest 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the flour with semolina, sugar, cinnamon, and baking powder. Grate the chilled butter on a coarse grater and mix it with the flour using your hands until you achieve a crumbly texture.
Step 2
Add yogurt and lightly beaten eggs to the flour mixture and knead until you have a smooth dough. Let the dough sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes.
Step 3
Peel the apples, remove the core, and cut them into cubes. Peel the orange and chop it finely. Add the apples and orange to the dough and mix well.
Step 4
Grease a pie dish with butter and dust it with flour. Fill the dish with the dough up to 2/3 full and bake at 340°F for 30–40 minutes.
