- Butter 5 tablespoons
- Almond 15 oz
- Apricot Jam 1 tablespoon
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Wheat Flour ¼ cup
- Egg white 1 piece
- Apple 2 pieces
- Powdered Sugar 4 teaspoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 2
Melt the butter in the microwave for 30-45 seconds, then let it cool for 10-15 minutes.
Step 3
Using a mixer, combine the almond paste and jam. Add the eggs and egg white while continuing to beat. Then, incorporate the flour and melted butter. Mix the batter well and fill the muffin cups about three-quarters full.
Step 4
Peel and dice the apples. Place a few pieces on top of the batter and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Step 5
Bake until golden brown for 26 minutes. Let cool.
