Grate the peeled apple on a fine grater. Pour boiling water over the skin and core and boil for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Next, strain the broth, bring it to a boil, add the gelatin previously soaked in cold boiled water, and stir. Combine with the grated apple and whip with a mixer until fluffy. Pour into molds and place in the refrigerator.
