  • Green Apples 9 pieces
  • Puff Pastry 1 piece
  • Sugar 1 cup
  • Bananas 2 pieces
  • 10% cream 1 cup
  • Butter 0 oz
  • Vanilla Ice Cream 5 oz
  • Powdered Sugar to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

For the caramel, pour sugar into a heated saucepan and stir continuously to prevent burning! As soon as the sugar starts to melt, add 70 g of softened butter and stir until the mixture thickens well.

Step 2

Then pour in the hot cream and stir until it resembles the consistency of toffee. Remove from heat.

Step 3

Thaw the pastry, roll it out with a little flour, and cut out medium-sized circles.

Step 4

Peel the apples and slice them thinly along with the bananas.

Step 5

Arrange the bananas in the inner circle first, then place the apples evenly on top.

Step 6

Place in a preheated oven at 390°F for about 10 minutes to brown slightly. Remove, brush with butter, and return to the oven for another 20 minutes. Keep an eye on them.

Step 7

Once the pastry is slightly browned, remove and let cool slightly. Drizzle with caramel.

Step 8

Optionally, sprinkle with powdered sugar and add a scoop of ice cream.
