  • Whole egg 2 pieces
  • Margarine 5 oz
  • Sour Cream 5 oz
  • Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
  • Wheat Flour 15 oz
  • Egg white 2 pieces
  • Apple 4 pieces
  • Vanilla salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Beat the yolks with sugar until dissolved. Add sour cream, a pinch of salt, soft margarine, and flour mixed with baking powder.

Step 2

Prepare the meringue (whip the egg whites for 2 minutes, then add sugar and whip for another 3 minutes).

Step 3

Spread the batter in the baking dish. Grate the apples and place them on top of the batter, then add the meringue mixture on top. Bake at 390°F for 40 minutes.
