Step 1
Wash the apples, remove the core, and bake them in the oven.
Step 2
Pass the baked apples through a sieve. Heat the resulting puree over low heat, add sugar, and cook while stirring until thickened.
Step 3
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread the cooked marmalade onto the paper. Place it in the oven for 1–2 hours at 320°F.
Step 4
Remove from the oven and let cool. Cut the marmalade into random shapes.
