Apple Jelly
Ingredients
- Dr. Oetker Cake Jelly 0 oz
- Clear Apple Juice 15 fl oz
- Water 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pour 10 grams of gelatin with cold boiled water (100 ml) and let it swell for 20 minutes. Then, gently heat it over low heat, stirring continuously, until completely dissolved, but do not bring to a boil!
Step 2
Mix 400 ml of strained freshly squeezed apple juice with the dissolved gelatin. Pour the resulting mixture into molds and leave in the refrigerator to set (for about 1 hour).
