Description
The filling can be changed. If making a cream filling, brush the roll with syrup, roll it up, let it cool, then gently unroll it, being very careful not to break it, fill it with cream, and roll it up again.
Ingredients
- Sugar 5 tablespoons
- Condensed Milk 5 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour 5 tablespoons
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Baking Powder ½ teaspoon
- Vanilla salt 2 teaspoons
- Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon

Step 1
Whip everything with a mixer for 2–3 minutes, pour onto a baking sheet previously greased with oil and lined with greased paper. Bake at 430°F for 5–7 minutes.
Step 2
Remove the finished sponge from the oven, place it on a napkin (towel), flipping the baking sheet (I place a towel on the baking sheet, put a cutting board on top, and while holding it, flip the baking sheet); quickly remove the paper, spread with jam, and quickly roll it into a roll as tightly as possible; sprinkle with powdered sugar and leave to cool.
