Step 1
For the jam, sweet varieties of apples are best: 'Cinnamon', 'Borovinka', and others. Peel the apples, cut them into wedges, and remove the cores.
Step 2
Prepare the syrup, add the apples, and cook them until they become transparent. If some apple wedges are ready before others, carefully remove them with a spoon, transfer them to a bowl, and continue cooking the remaining apples until fully cooked.
Step 3
For flavor, you can add a little vanilla, orange, or lemon zest to some varieties of apples at the end of cooking. Additionally, when making jam from sweet apple varieties, it is recommended to add cranberries (1 cup of cranberries for every 1000 g of apples).
