Ingredients
- Milk 0 fl oz
- Oat flakes 10 oz
- Honey 5 tablespoons
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
- Clear Apple Juice 1 piece
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the honey in the milk.
Step 2
Add the oat flakes and flour to the mixture, and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Then add the egg and the apple, previously grated on a coarse grater.
Step 4
Spoon onto a baking sheet and place in an oven preheated to 300°F.
Step 5
Bake until done for about 20–25 minutes.
