Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 10 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Apple 4 pieces
- Sugar 0 oz
- Powdered Sugar 0 oz
- Water 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rub the butter (120 g) with the flour (250 g). Crack the egg, add the powdered sugar, and knead the dough while adding one tablespoon of water at a time.
Step 2
Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the apples into small cubes and sauté in the remaining butter with sugar (30 g) until soft.
Step 4
Rub the flour (20 g) and butter (20 g) together by hand to make crumbs, add sugar (20 g), and mix.
Step 5
Roll the dough into a circle with a thickness of 0.5 cm.
Step 6
Place the filling, leaving a 1.5 cm border.
Step 7
Fold the edges.
Step 8
Sprinkle with crumbs.
Step 9
Bake at 355°F for 20–25 minutes.
