Ingredients

- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Cinnamon 1 tablespoon
- Sugar 0 oz
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Salt a pinch
- Sparkling water 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sift the flour and cinnamon into a bowl, add sugar and salt. Whisk the eggs with water. Make a well in the center of the flour and pour in the egg mixture. Whisk until smooth. Let it rest for 15–20 minutes.
Step 2
Peel the apples and cut them into thick slices. Heat oil in a pan. Dip the apple slices into the batter, place them in the hot oil, and flip once. Remove the finished fritters from the pan, drain on paper towels, sprinkle with powdered sugar, and serve immediately.
