Ingredients
- Apple 8 pieces
- Raw cane sugar 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Citrus Zest Mix 2 spoons
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Ground Cinnamon 1 tablespoon
- Whipped Cream to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F. Peel the apples and core them. Cut into small pieces. In a baking dish, place the apples, add 2 tablespoons of sugar and the zest. Mix everything well. Top with 2 tablespoons of butter.
Step 2
Rub the remaining butter with the flour until it resembles coarse crumbs.
Step 3
Mix the remaining sugar with the cinnamon. Add 1-2 tablespoons of water, stir, and then incorporate it into the butter and flour mixture to create slightly larger clumps.
Step 4
Sprinkle the mixture over the apples and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, until the crumble is light brown on top. Serve with cream.
