Apple Croissants
Ingredients
- Puff Pastry 20 oz
- Sugar 1 cup
- Apple 2 pieces
- Butter 10 oz
- Vanillin to taste
- Cinnamon to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel and slice the apples.
Step 2
Cut each piece of dough diagonally and place a slice of apple on it.
Step 3
Roll it up.
Step 4
Melt the butter with sugar and add vanillin.
Step 5
Pour it over the pastries.
Step 6
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Step 7
Bake in the oven at medium temperature for 25–30 minutes.
Step 8
Allow to cool before serving, and you can also dust with powdered sugar.
