Ingredients
- Farm fresh eggs 3 pieces
- Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Milk 20 fl oz
- Water 5 fl oz
- Wheat Flour 12 tablespoons
- Activated Baking Soda ½ teaspoon
- Unrefined Sunflower Oil 2 tablespoons

Step 1
Whisk the eggs with sugar using a whisk or blender.
Step 2
Gradually pour in the milk while stirring the batter.
Step 3
Add the sifted flour and salt to the liquid, mixing everything with a spoon to avoid lumps. Add salt and mix with a whisk or blender.
Step 4
Dissolve the baking soda in a glass of boiled water and gradually pour it into the batter, stirring.
Step 5
Add the sunflower oil and mix.
Step 6
Fry in sunflower oil in a cast-iron skillet.
Step 7
Peel the apples, cut them into small cubes, and mix with sugar and cinnamon. Heat the mixture in a skillet until the sugar melts. Wrap the filling in the crepes like an envelope, fry on both sides to seal, and serve hot.
