Ingredients
- Sugar 5 oz
- Wheat Flour 20 oz
- Vanillin a pinch
- Apple 3 pieces
- Chicken Egg 4 pieces
- Margarine 5 oz
- Baking Powder a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with sugar and vanillin, add melted margarine, mix, then add flour mixed with a packet of baking powder, and knead the dough with a spoon.
Step 2
Peel the apples and cut them into small cubes, add to the dough. Use a tablespoon to place small mounds on baking sheets lined with parchment paper, and bake in a preheated oven at 390°F until golden brown, about 10–15 minutes.
Step 3
After baking, dust the cookies with powdered sugar. This amount of ingredients yields about 48–50 cookies.
