Ingredients

  • Butter 0 oz
  • Sugar ¾ cup
  • Wheat Flour 1½ cups
  • Egg white 1 piece
  • Vanilla salt 1 teaspoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
  • Sour Cream 3 tablespoons
  • Apple 4 pieces
  • Raisins 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Beat the softened butter with sugar until fluffy. Then add the egg and vanilla; mix well.

Step 2

Combine the flour with salt and baking powder, and gradually add to the egg-butter mixture alternately with sour cream, starting with the flour.

Step 3

Remove the cores from the apples and, without peeling, cut the flesh into small cubes. Gently fold 1 cup of apple cubes and raisins into the dough.

Step 4

Drop spoonfuls of the dough onto a baking sheet, leaving some space between them.

Step 5

Bake for 12-15 minutes at 190°C.
